Fulton is a big county, and the south end is the part closest to Fayetteville. South Fulton, Fairburn, Union City, Palmetto, East Point, and College Park are regular drives. We also take Atlanta and the northern cities when the job fits the schedule. Say the city on the form so we can be straight about timing.
City lines inside Fulton are easy to get wrong from a neighborhood name. A house people call South Fulton may be its own city, and a College Park address is not a Fulton County permit. We file with the office that actually has the parcel.
The work is still roofing first, with siding, windows, and gutters when the house needs them. Older bungalows and newer infill on the south side fail in different places: step flashing on the old houses, and original builder-grade shingles on the newer ones.
